What is the MCL affiliation with the Young Marines?
The Marine Corps League has been the founder and influential supporter of the Young Marines program. Believing in what the program stands for, the League assists not only with youth scholarships, but also in the leadership and mentoring of the local units. With the League’s continual support, it gives the Young Marines program another successful step on its ladder to ensure that the youth of America become better citizens and leaders our local communities and for the future of our country.

Welcome to the Gem State Young Marines! We are a Drug Demand Reduction program for kids ages 8 – 18 to hold them accountable in a like-minded, respectful group of young people. Our Parent Volunteers are all background checked before being allowed to interact with your child. We have seen many young men and women turn their attitudes (and grades) in the right direction.
